Bad experience. Item shipped from overseas, either Turkey or UK. They did not disclaim we had to pay custom/import fee which later FedEx sent us a bill. FedEx was the shipping company on the USA side, they did not get proper instructions to drop the item (Land Rover Discovery grill) to our autobody shop, they just left the box somewhere in the shop and didn't get any signature. When we found the box which at first the box seems OK, we found the grill broken. Contacted the seller (Huma Oto) and they refused to do anything saying FexEd refuse to take responsibility because we didnt' have photos of the box damaged. Well, the box was not damage, the item was broken anyway inside the box, either already broken or during transportation. Very disappointing experience for $1200 bad purchase.
